We experienced the worst customer service EVER! The staff (10am/Sat) was so offensive and didn't show any respect. We don't know if this woman was angry about something or not. Even so, the staff should NOT show this kind of RUDE attitude. Very disappointing.

I can't believe how skimpy they were. If the salad is going to be that small they should have a container much smaller and not charged $8 for a veggie salad. I've gotten lots of salads from Subway over the years and never have I had such a pitiful salad. Needless to say I won't be back. I guess I can see why so many people just go through a drive-thru and get unhealthy food. I'm just really disappointed in Subway....

Worst Subway I have ever been to. I have never been treated so poorly in any restaurant. My significant other and I were tourists passing by the beautiful town of Fredricton thus had many bags with us. The Subway worker at the time immediately and without provocation, assumed we were homeless and was acting hostile as if we were attempting to loiter and or steal. If you as much as bring a single bag to this establishment they will treat you with very little to no respect, likely even hostility. Even after we had paid and eaten our food, and cleaned up after ourselves, the worker was staring us down with judgment as we exited. There are many amazing locally owned and ran restaurants in Fredericton, but NEVER go to this one. Definitely not worth even considering.
