Did a terrible job following my online order. Neither sub was correct. They toasted the wrong sub and both were missing items. Recommend checking your subs before leaving the parking lot if you use the app.

Went in to pick up a take out order. They we super busy at the moment so my order wasn't ready on time (which rarely happens). This situation could easily have led to a negative review but the staff stayed laser focused on customer service and genuinely appreciated everyone's patience and I have to compliment them on a job well done.

Excellent location that seems to be run by CANADIANS. They actually stuff your sandwich and aren't cheap with the toppings. I have a subway literally down the street on the south side but I'd rather drive all the way to this one. They deserve your support!
This particular location is absolutely puzzling and questioning how it is managed. I have visited this particular location at different times and each time it is completely out of chocolate chip muffins. One time, my sister and I were told not only was it out of chocolate chips muffins it only had one bran muffin, the only muffin left to offer for sale!...we decided we will get doughnuts. We were told they were out of doughnuts! At 6:30 pm on Friday evening! What!? Each time i have gone into the actual location it is sloppy. Tim bits falling forward in the display case and never picked up. This particular location gives Tim Horton's a bad name. When I asked what is happening at this location I was told wastage! I see people working and never enough product or care of how it is displayed!!
