I (20 year old female with neurological and psychiatry issues) have a hard time doing certain ADLs (being able to eating out, being one of them) I have mostly always have bad experiences in fast food and restaurant industry. Due to this I mostly never Dine-in.
However I have been trying to Dine-in more at these industry this year and this lovely establishment was one of them today. (May, 7, 2025 at 08:30ish)
I had a lovely and wonderful time ordering my food with a young man with glasses. He was extremely patient and had lovely Customer service.( wish I got his name cause I would love to add it, he was a lovely young man)(would love to find out who he is, if I can)
The food was great and I even could sit down and eat my whole meal without any issues.
I know for a lot of people this means nothing but to me it means so much more than any words I could give. I am normally always apologizing for my issues and just accepting that bad experiences was the treatment I deserve. This place made me feel like I was “normal” even if it was just for a short time I was there.
This experience filled me up with so much emotion that I got in my car and cried (cause this place gave me the respect that all should have).
I don’t know who the young man is (I would love to find out) but you did more than your job today. You filled my life up with hope and happiness.
10/10 will come back

Went through the drive though and got an alright sandwich.
This location is usually my go to and when you go in service is amazing and the sandwich is divine.

I stopped in for lunch while my car was being worked on at VW. I ordered a 12" cold cut with double meat. No problems, it was just as ordered. The restaurant seemed clean, and the staff was OK. If you are familiar with Subway, you know what to expect.

we usually eat from this place and the food is good all the time but it happened two times that the server was Dennis he was very rude and making the food in a very angry way customer service was hell. All the other employees are very welcoming only he is rude all the time...

Had a cold cut sub from here 3 days ago that evening i got violently ill with stomach cramps an pain felt very weak diarrhea the symptoms we're food poisoning .
It’s subway. Staff were friendly and the sub was as expected.

Going forward in done tipping tipping at subway and Im done purchasing at this location. I just ordered a suprimo I custom ordered it not toasted and with mayo banana pappers and lettuce tomatoe cucmber, black olives, and you guys just made it however you like toasted with the sauce you guys use non of the topping i asked for it has onions pickles. Completely the opposite of what I asked and I tipped you. Lol it's almost funny it's so bad. Almost
