I've been eating at Subway for a long time and I've never been so disappointed at my serving size. Thanks for the memories, I'll never be back.
Worest Customer service i ever experienced. They one white guy working there wear dress full of pet hairs and wear shorts . Ugly way of making sandwiches.
This Subway is my typical choice when I have to wait in the mall.

The food and quality of subways are always good, but what bugs me are the employees (Tamara). She's rude and arrogant. I've seen her misconduct with her fellow employees and even customers (me). I hope someone from the management takes a look into this. Just being a popular store doesn't give the employees access to behave inadequately with customers and even their own employees for that matter.

They recently just had a renovation and it looks great! I will go sometimes on a lunch break so it's nice to have them back. Aman & Jami were my sandwich artists on 4/24/24 and they were both really nice. Thanks for the yummy food!

Love subway
Terrible food, I ordered a foot long meatball sub and ended up with a hard Black Brick... And no refund or money off ?
Waited forever in line, they seemed to be understaffed. It was really unclean behind the counter and a lot of the food & veggies looked old. The real problem was the hair in my food!! so unsanitary and gross.

I give 1 star because everytime i go the driveway line time estimated is the equivalent of going to a restaurant and sitting down. They need to open there doors.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Subway. Ordered online for pickup, and all 4 subs were made incorrectly when we got home and opened them up. Some excuse that they had no chicken, so made us a club instead. Next visit and excuse, we have no ham! Kid goes on to describe how he is not allowed to prep any ham 30 minutes before close because he has to fold all the pieces and fill a container. If you want consistent quality and experience, go to Prospect St.....do not waste your money here.
Guy behind counter more interested in leaving for the day instead of actually finding out what a customer wants such poor service!
Bad service. I asked for a kids meal and was told I didn't ask for one when I did . Guy serving me just shrugged his shoulders
