This is a wonderful diner with a
5 star feeling. Self-serve coffee and tea means you'll never wait for a refill no matter how busy the place is. They cook breakfast with care. Every order I have had here this week was perfect. Highly recommended.

Sunshine Diner is one of the goto breakfast places in Fredericton. It is an all day breakfast outlet particularly packed on weekends.

Sunshine Benny, Poutine & Three Eggs Breakfast with Home made fries and Beans are one of the notable items in the menu.

A great place for your weekend brunch. Just Go and enjoy the hospitality with friendly staff and warm atmosphere.

Place was pretty full, service was still prompt and the food came out quick and delicious. Definitely one of my new favorite breakfast places to go. Another hidden gem found in Fredericton. Everything was cooked perfectly.

Relentlessly excellent. If you want to experience the spirit of the Maritimes; come here and eat. The Hot Turkey sandwich deserves a Michelin Star.

What happened to the food at this place ???
Burnt Bacon. Under cooked eggs. Chared toast. Over boiled salty potatoes for hashbrowns........There was no Sunshine this Morning in that Kitchen. I won't be back. Even with the free meal offered, Thanks for the offer. Staff rocks. Food sucks . Step up you cooking game. When you do . Maybe...

We enjoyed our lunch at the sunshine diner, affordable prices for such a good meal. Everything was deliciously fresh and made with heart. The waitress was lovely.

The menu doesn’t offer many meat-based breakfast options, but it features a good variety of other choices. Coffee and tea are self-serve, located in the corner of the store, priced at $3.25 with unlimited refills. I appreciated the quality of the food, and the portions were generous. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great place!
I had a great breakfast here. The eggs were perfect, served with thick slabs of real baked ham and home baked beans. Self serve coffee is a nice touch and the service was down home friendly. A true diner.
* note: I accidentally posted a review here that was intended for the Joyce, which is the lounge in a nearby hotel, sorry about the confusion.
