Meaghan was my server on multiple occasions. Of all the Swiss chalet servers I have had in multiple locations she has been the best. She has awsome customer service makes her customers feel welcome provides awsome customer service remembers my favorite order is prompt with the food checks on her customers. She is an awsome star on this team and an excellent representative for Swiss chalet. Well done. The food here is awsome as well. Great job Meaghan. Keep up the good work

Our server Emma was very friendly! However, she failed to check on us during our meal. I ordered breaded wings with my meal (as pictured in the menu) but when I received my meal, they weren't breaded. When I inquired about this I was told that they don't offer breaded wings... After getting our food, the wings were cold! The "table runner" that brought our meals was incredibly rude and we seemed to be bothering her! (I believe her name was Kathy) This is the worst service we've received here! So much so that we may not return to this location in the future....
