Our food was 45 minutes late, was cold and soggy. They also had our drinks incorrect and hung up on us when we called to ask if our order had been picked up. This is the second time going to Taco Boyz, one uptown and one downtown and both were horrible.

The food is good but almost every time I make an online order they get something wrong. A lot of the time it's stuff I dislike so heavily I don't feel comfortable eating what I got at all.
Just today I got a burrito that had lettuce in it when I asked for no lettuce. Previously they've had salsa, beans, etc.
Basically, if you can, go in-person so that you watch them make your order and don't get anything wrong. Still, I've had times where they get the order wrong even when I'm standing RIGHT there telling them what I'd like.

Taco Boyz is my go-to for delicious, fresh Mexican eats. Their burritos are always loaded with fresh, flavorful ingredients, the tacos are simple but so good. Quesadillas, nachos, and chimichangas are absolute must-tries whenever you visit Taco Boyz. And, of course, a Jarritos Mexican soda on the side makes it even better. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. If you want to add more food, don’t hesitate to let them know! With great prices and a diverse menu, of course, I’ll be coming back many more times and recommending it to my friends! <3

worst place to order food from in fredericton. ordered over $70 worth of food and every single thing is messed up. two large burritos, only one of which was actually a large, but it was filled with things we didn’t order. got a regular burrito bowl and it was so small it literally looks like someone ate half of it before they packed up the order. not one thing i paid $70 for was correct except the water bottles (which are outrageously overpriced; $4 for a water bottle half the size of the ones you get for $0.50 at costco.) will never go to any taco boys location again and i hope you do the same! bar burritos prices are similar and you actually get what you order there!

Staff did not change gloves between handling cash and the debit machine and then handling food.
I watched the woman at the register ring the order for the customer ahead of me, handle the debit machine to hand it to that customer, and then use that same set of gloves to grab a handful of cheese for my order. As I waited for my friend's order I watcher her continue to ring in customers and then handle food repeatedly without changing her gloves.
I do really love the food here and am a regular customer, so this is disappointing to see.

I’m a regular customer at Taco Boyz and the staff are super friendly and giving me a fast service. I love to come here every time. The first place in my mind to come is Taco Boyz always.

We heard a lot of friends and coworkers talking about Taco Boyz so we finally tired it today. Fresh, delicious, fast, very generous with the taco toppings, portions reasonably priced, all served up by cheerful friendly staff! What more could you ask for? We will definitely be making this a regular stop for lunch or to grab something on the way home after work. The house made tortilla chips are especially good with the queso sauce!

When it's good it's 5 stars, when it's not it's 3 stars. Very uneven portions depending on the visit. I usually order a burrito and sometimes it's full and sometimes it's barely half full. If I get it as a salad I should get the same amount as a burrito and you don't.

Horrible initial experience. Food was put together very sloppy, staff did not speak English as interacting with the customers— we’re speaking amongst eachother in another language. Restroom facilities were filthy & without appropriate supplies. Staff not concerned regarding customers use without any paper supplies. Did not change gloves between handling money& food. Did not see change gloves at all. Forgot portion of order.
