In my opinion, The Cap is one of the only good places to go and get drinks in the city (which most people I know agree with because they have good opinions). I love coming here no matter the weather.

Terrible experience. Bouncer was smoking a cigarette while checking ID’s and was rude. He gave us wrong information about the price and the band start time. Once in, all the workers and bartenders looked depressed, just a terrible vibe overall. Barely any room on stage for the band, couldn’t see the drummer or the bassist.
Band sounded awesome though!
I drank the best stout I had in a very long time ! Its definetly worth the detour.
Gender neutral bathrooms with open urinals. Makes 0 sense for a woman to walk in on a man using it.
Great place to shop for records and as an added bonus, it supports a venue for local artists. 🎸
I cannot begin to explain how appreciative I am to a specific staff member at the Cap.
I attended an event last night and shortly after arriving, I fainted. I do have a fainting disorder but had no signs of an episode coming on until it was too late and I went down. I was with my fiance and a few friends but this staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. After I fainted, my friend got someone to notify staff and this staff member came over immediately as soon as he heard a patron needed help! He proceeded to stay with me until he knew I was coherent and okay. My friends said, during this, he asked if there was anything I needed. He provided me with water, a chair and several cold cloths and did not miss a beat when I requested a bucket as typically I get nauseous after fainting. This specific staff member checked on me multiple times through the event. I probably should have went home but there was no way I was missing Sonreal 🤣
He accommodated all my needs and I just needed to say a big thanks to that staff member, although I don't know his name, as he definitely needs acknowledgement for his efforts to make me feel comfortable during and after my episode.
A great atmosphere with caring staff and I couldn't be more appreciative! ❤️
i love the cap! great staff. great events. always a good time and a good vibe.
Amazing venues for any music. Tuesday's open mic offers the ideal environment to hear local talent and enjoy their brews/creative mixed drinks. You don't need to be a musician or an alcohol drinker to have a good time most weeknights.
Best music venue. Great bands, great drinks. Love this place.

Nice spot, lots of seating, good drink options, good non alcoholic options, and friendly staff. Bathrooms were scare of soap & paper towel.
Nice selection of vinyl at reasonable prices and excellent customer service from Jenn. We'll be back soon!
Great spot for live music.
Great local venue with two different stages, excellent sound and great beer. They also have different drinks. What’s not to like?
Had a great time watching some music with friends. Great selection at the bar, and the staff really goes above and beyond looking after their patrons to ensure everyone is having a good time.
