Awesome place for a snack, bread, ice cream, or yummy dessert.
This place is very good for quick much or big feed love the happy baker
The sweet treats are so good!! And the service was amazing
The food tastes good, but the prices need to be adjusted. I can’t get my head around $1.30 for one peanut butter ball and $3 for a single biscuit. I can get a pack of biscuits at home for about $6.
For a bakery in a small town, you would expect at least good customer service and understanding. I went in today to get a sourdough bread and I am pretty disappointed. I am a big fan of sourdough cause of its low-to-no sugar content. I wish I paid more attention to the nutrition content before I left the store. I went back after getting into my car and spoke to one of the employees. She checked their binder and told me a slice of their sourdough bread contains 6g of sugar and that they do add sugar to aid fermentation. A lot of people, especially people with diabetes eat sourdough because there is no added processed sugar. Most sourdoughs have approximately 0g of sugar.
If you are someone who cares about what you put in your body, I would definitely skip this place. No nutritional label whatsoever, and once you get any food item, they are not willing to refund you, regardless of the reasons, even if it has to do with false/bad production or your health. Never going back.
I ordered a chocolate truffle cake for my wife's 40th birthday, and the Happy Baker delivered. Everyone agreed it was amazing. I will definitely be a return customer.
Jerry and I visit at least three times a week. The muffins are to die for. We love the sandwiches on home made bread and the sweet treats are sooo.......very good. The coffee is really good as well. Great coffee shop to stop and have a very pleasant break. We are so happy the new one on Main Street has opened. We are only five minutes bike ride to it.
Some things we to buy here.
What we ABSOLUTELY HATE is that there no dates of when it's been produced NOR do most of the items have prices.
Such a fantastic bakery. Friendly staff, amazing baked goods, and a great place to sit and relax.
🤤🤤🤤

Definitely great bakery and super sweet staff! I wish there was a tad bit more variety offered but it still is a great place!
Coconut cream pie slice was delicious
Spectacular spot. Amazing baked goods, treats, drinks, and hot food. Atmosphere is befitting for a proper bakery, while still staying warm and welcoming. Recommend for anyone.
Decided to try a different kind of sub today than my usual kind. Extremely Extremely disappointed in it. It literally doesn't taste like anything, there's no flavour whatsoever. Don't order the firecracker chicken, I've genuinely had better chicken salad sandwiches from the grocery store, very very disappointed.
Sandwiches are amazing and the coffee is very very good...
Staff seem to enjoy their work....
Pastries are off the chart ...
One of the Best eateries in Fredericton I bet...
Just celebrated my wife's birthday with a Gluten Free cake from here. Hands down the best cake we've ever had (Gluten or not). The 20 people at the party agreed! Unbelievably good. Thank you Happy Baker~Freddy M.
