We were in town for a graduation and had our celebratory dinner here. There was a great selection of food. The atmosphere was cozy we sat right near a fire place. And the drink menu was great! All 4 of us enjoyed our drinks, they felt unique and delicious! I wanted to leave a review specifically for our server Gio. This was by far, hands down, the best service we have ever received dining out. Our water glasses would never empty, he was helpful with information about Fredericton, he was very attentive to any needs we had, made us feel like we were the only ones dining. Thank you for a great experience at the restaurant. We hope to see you again Gio!

Had the charcuterie- do not recommend, steak frites the next day -really decent, and the pear squash soup (ask for parmesan cheese). I think my favourite character is the manager he’s got great stories - the ciders are great. Very busy, great vibe. Hope to visit again.

The food was great and service was friendly. Great selection of craft beers and ciders, with some cocktails and mocktails. I had the tandoori masala wrap and it was delicious.

The food was clearly home-cooked and tasted very fresh. The garlic fingers were fantastic - candied bacon on top was a nice touch that differentiated it from a standard garlic finger. The tuna banh mi was tender and refreshing, the soup of the day clearly homemade. overall very flavourful. unfortunately, the service was on the slower side when we went, but I would still return because the quality was that good.

Our waitress was Kristy and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Super attentive to detail and was able to make suggestions based off our interests. She was friendly and helpful and definitely deserves a raise! Everything was delicious and brought out promptly, and incredibly accommodating with any extras we added for take out orders!

Wonderful service, and place. HIGHLY recommend.

Went to the Joyce pub to celebrate birthdays for my father, brother and I. Had wonderful service and food ( and great craft beer!). Definitely going again! Had the Brandon Burger this time, very tasty. Next time I will kick it up a notch with a Nashville chicken sandwich! Thank you Gio for delivering a great evening.

The Joyce has become one of our new favorites, they have treated us the very best since day one. Polite, fun to chat with, attentive, and experienced staff. Their menu offers Classics like burgers and sandwisches (that are truly amazing portions and Devine) and they have great appetizers. Drink selection is quite large too. Currently our go too are the Joyce salade with feta, club sandwich, the fish and chip, the nachos, the steak sandwich, and the Nashville chicken burger.

I ate at this establishment twice while staying at the Crowne Plaza during business trip recently. The service was friendly if slow. My biggest issue was the burger (The Brandon Burger) I ordered was significantly undercooked, so I didn’t eat most of it. Because this was a business dinner I didn’t say anything to the server, but I do think they should have noticed as it was obvious when I didn’t eat most of it and the meat was quite red in the middle of one of the patties. The bites I did have were tasty. I also had take out gourmet grilled cheese and salad. The was soggy but tasted good and the salad was tasty. I did have to wait awhile.

Thankfully I didn’t get sick, however I caution the chefs to use a thermometer in the future on each patty. One was cooked fine but the other was definitely not.
