We were in town for a graduation and had our celebratory dinner here. There was a great selection of food. The atmosphere was cozy we sat right near a fire place. And the drink menu was great! All 4 of us enjoyed our drinks, they felt unique and delicious! I wanted to leave a review specifically for our server Gio. This was by far, hands down, the best service we have ever received dining out. Our water glasses would never empty, he was helpful with information about Fredericton,...
Had the charcuterie- do not recommend, steak frites the next day -really decent, and the pear squash soup (ask for parmesan cheese). I think my favourite character is the manager he’s got great stories - the ciders are great. Very busy, great vibe. Hope to visit again.
The food was clearly home-cooked and tasted very fresh. The garlic fingers were fantastic - candied bacon on top was a nice touch that differentiated it from a standard garlic finger. The tuna banh mi was tender and refreshing, the soup of the day clearly homemade. overall very flavourful. unfortunately, the service was on the slower side when we went, but I would still return because the quality was that good.
