The shawarma was really solid — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, with good portion sizes that felt satisfying without going overboard. What really stood out was that everything seemed to be made in-house, from the creamy garlic sauce to the smooth, rich hummus. You could actually taste the difference — nothing felt store-bought or generic.
The salad was surprisingly great too — fresh, crisp, and balanced, not just thrown on the plate as filler.
The only downside was the wait: about 20 minutes for just two plates, and it wasn’t even busy. That felt a little long. But to be fair, the food was freshly made, and it showed.
Overall, a great meal with real attention to quality — just be prepared to wait a bit.
Super tough chicken 'shawarma' plate
As the title suggests I ordered the chicken shawarma plate which comes with rice, salad and a pita.
I received super tough, dry and tasteless chicken bits which were definitely not cut from a vertical rotisserie the way traditional shawarma is supposed to be made. I usually judge a shawarma restaurant by its garlic sauce, tahini and the ingredients they don't mention but should give you, as the process in which chicken shawarma is made is quite standard. Not only did the dish not have turnips, pickles or tahini but the dish I ordered wasn't even chicken shawarma. The dish should be called Dry-Chicken-Plate so as to not fool customers. I gave an extra star because their garlic sauce is 3 out of 5 stars.
The food was incredible! The service was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly and welcoming!
My favorite restaurant in Freddi. Order ahead, it's no secret their food is amazing.
If I could rate this place 0 I would, we went there and we waited over 15 minutes to see someone at the cashier, the lady who took my order was genuinely not in pleasant mood, she never said welcome or even smiled, we ordered shawarma wrap and it came out like a veggie wrap, the chicken skewers were too chewy and VERY salty the rice wasn’t fresh the salad with just bunch of lettuce no dressing on top of it, in general the food was very disappointing and just waste of money.
The restaurant itself was clean but bathroom was very smelly:( not happy with the service at all and won’t recommend for anyone
The kitchen closes earlier than the shop does.
Waste of time traveling to this place.
Amazing food. The shawarma is some of the best I've had. The garlic sauce is strong and perfect.
Their chicken shawarma has become a weekly ritual. I love the taste here.
The food is so delicious ! And the staff is nice.
Just make sure to ask for fresh bread for the wrap

This is my favourite Lebanese food in Fredericton. I’ve lived in Toronto for years now and this is one of the places I always crave and get when I come home. Tastes like your Siti made it with love. My favourite dish here is the Kibbeh and Sambousik.

Really this place is just ok, chicken shawarma plate is just ok, chicken shawarma wrap is very lightly filled I ordered a small wrap and it was mostly pita bread, also ordered a Donair and it was mostly pita and lettuce with a little bit of meat. There are much better places for shawarma and Donairs in Fredericton, so I don't recommend this place.

We were on our way back from PEI to Ontario and we stopped by in Fredericton in search of halal food. We bought from here and was so disappointed. Portion was too small and kabobs were not fresh.
The food is below average
