The shawarma was really solid — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, with good portion sizes that felt satisfying without going overboard. What really stood out was that everything seemed to be made in-house, from the creamy garlic sauce to the smooth, rich hummus. You could actually taste the difference — nothing felt store-bought or generic.

I love this place. Midsea has been around for years and years and offers inexpensive food without sacrificing the taste. They have some of my favourite falafel in the city and the best fattoush (see photo). Beware that their potato wedges are not vegan (I was told they cover them in egg wash — I don’t know why). They catered a workplace event we had last year and the food was so fresh and delicious!

This is my favourite Lebanese food in Fredericton. I’ve lived in Toronto for years now and this is one of the places I always crave and get when I come home. Tastes like your Siti made it with love. My favourite dish here is the Kibbeh and Sambousik.
