Food was quite pricey for what we received. Loud and too packed. Dogs in the indoor eating area.
We stopped by Picaroons Roundhouse today around 5, and while I was glad to find it quieter than usual, I’m sure the staff would have preferred the usual buzz of a full house! This spot is typically bustling thanks to its prime location and unbeatable atmosphere & drinks—whether you’re seated indoors or enjoying the patio.

The patio was fantastic, and the separate ordering locations for food, ice cream, and alcohol, as well as a local coffee shop inside the taphouse, contribute to its good local following. The food and drinks were top-notch, with options like loaded fries, chicken fingers, a burger and fries, and a chicken burger. While it can get chaotic on weekends, it's best to visit during quiet hours for a pleasant experience. The food from 540 was sometimes mediocre, with pulled pork tacos being lukewarm, but service was quick.
