Really neat experience, kids lived it
What a great cafe. Amazing food, friendly staff and adorable cats. Definitely worth the visit.
The cats were lovely, but the menu was not only small, it actively excluded gluten free. Even the fudge had an Oreo stuck into it. If you don't want coffee, or you'd prefer something cold, your options are quite limited. That being said, getting to pet the cats was fun. Just be aware that you pay a fee, like a zoo, to play with the cats. Not a problem, but if you're thinking of going, be aware. They had boardgames, too, if you're not a cat person.
Great spot and laid back. Cats are happy and have lots of space. This is a great idea for showcasing shelter cats! Be aware, they don’t clip their claws.
Always clean in both areas. Friendly service and always a fun time when you can enjoy a coffee and some cats.
Their coffee is very good for the soul. We tried the bagel turkey BLT sandwich and it was sooo good. Services was the best, very professional and staff is super friendly. Of course the cats made our journey there memorable too. They have lots of love to give and receive. Can't wait to go back!!😊😊❤️❤️
Very nice place. Pleasant atmosphere, service, cute cats, tasty coffee and food. The owners of the cafe take cats from shelters and take good care of them. And the best part is that you can take the cat you like if you have the opportunity.

Read the rules and be respectful of both the cats and the employees. If you can do that, I can't recommend this place more!
If you want a cozy drink, I recommend the chai fog. If you want a cozy atmosphere, go during the week when it's quieter. If you want a cozy cat, boy, you're in luck.
Kid-friendliness: Children need to be supervised at all times in the cat room.
It's a good place to introduce and teach children about interacting with cats. It's fun and relaxing, as long as you respect the rules :)

Spent all week trying to call them. Kept getting a message about their full answering machine. 6 calls between Monday and Friday everyone of them the same message. Got there for lunch for my daughter's birthday and they said no room available till after 2 pm. Then asked me when did I call them? As if to suggested I called outside the business hours. Then just said I could have booked online. With his shitty attitude again. Love the place. Cool vibe. Could have a better system in place for their contact.

highly disappointed.was under assumption that just needed to buy drink to pet cats . Did not expect to pay $7. should be on door as notice
So very disappointed by our visit here. Last year I stopped in solo, grabbed a coffee, and visited with the cats to kill some time before meeting up with friends. I enjoyed myself and found the place very cute. Today I decided to take my kids for a similar reason. We stepped in and walked towards the back. My intent was to get my kids settled, then head
towards the service counter for a drink. We were immediately stopped by a very loud and rude employee stating “You can’t be in here! You need a reservation! And there is a $7 fee per person.” I was taken back because I had not intended to upset anyone. A bit shocked by the information he threw at me I explained “Oh ok…I didnt know. The last time I was here I just grabbed a drink and hung out. Nothing was said” the employee replied “We’ve always had a fee, if you have a problem with that the owner is right there.” I looked over and said “Im really sorry, I honestly didn’t know there was a fee.” The employee then pointed to a hand drawn sign stuck to the door amongst other local advertisements and said “It’s right there.” I had to explain to the employee in the most calm way that I was not trying to argue the fee, just that I was unaware/uninformed of this process. Honestly I was stunned. It felt like I had to talk this guy off a ledge because of how aggressive he was speaking in the most unreasonable way. He was rude and abrupt and not at all kind. Perhaps if he introduced himself and offered to explain the process, rather than act appalled that someone might not think they would need to make a reservation at a cafe….Either way the owner allowed the staff member to speak so aggressively towards me and left us feeling so uncomfortable and unwelcome we simply left. I will never be back, and I would strongly advise the management team to consider training their staff on how to speak to customers kindly to avoid such unnecessary interactions.

Don't fall victim to their lies, they sell you on sob stories of their cats being abandoned together, tied to light posts together, that they're best friends etc.., to push more adoptions at once. That's great and all if it's true, but in ours it was not. The 2 could not hate eachother more, it was really sad to witness the animosity between the 2 from day 1. I know this business is helping and making a difference, but don't listen to the crap they try sell you on.
Edit: I should have included that one of the cats was re-homed already, since than the one we kept is much more lively and happy, and from I've heard from the new owners of the other cat she's no longer a ball of anxiety or scared all the time.
