I love being surrounded by cats, don’t get me wrong. Staff really needs to up their game with the care taking of animals. It takes 3 minutes to clean a litter box and I’m sure that’s most of your job, but it has to be done if you expect people to spend money to sit and enjoy the overpriced coffee. The smell, I can withstand. What I am most upset with is the just lack of effort in the caretaking of the animals. Cat puke has been left uncleaned for what looks like a very long time, It’s dried onto the cat posts. The animals prefer baby toys on wednesday because of the lack of enrichment they have to their access. I would love to be here more if it just wasn’t so depressing to think all these cats have a story and they have to be cooped up in this adoption centre with so little care for them individually.

Overall this was a decent experience. It's definitely nice to have a cat café around, and the kitties are so sweet - it's lovely that they're well taken care of and available to adopt!My coffee was definitely sub-par (scalding hot latte, milk steaming was poor, and the espresso wasn't quite dialed in), and I could have used a little welcome from the staff to let me know how the system worked as I had never been there before and didn't know how to check in or what the etiquette was, but these are things that can easily be remedied and may be different even day-to-day!

The Purrfect Cup is definitely my favourite coffee in town. Incredible atmosphere, amazing staff and… the kitties!!! Even if you don’t go to the cat room it’s just an awesome place to catch up with a friend or work.

Went there because one of my granddaughters had seen something online, and since we were going to bring her brother to the airport, she wanted to go. Very interesting concept. My granddaughters enjoyed the cats while I enjoyed a fantastic cup of coffee with a little treat. The employee was fantastic! Thank you!

Stopped here for a quick pit stop on the drive back from the east coast and loved spending an hour with the rescued cats while sipping on some good coffee. Well worth the trip.
