The Squeeze - Salad and Smoothie Bar

Had lunch with my daughter during Fredrod. Brisket sandwich was excellent. Cobb’s Your Uncle with no bacon was perfect vegetarian meal for her.
Highly recommend this place for a quick delicious lunch.

I absolutely love this place!

The vibe inside is so fun and fresh. The people are wonderful. The menu is exactly what I was looking for.

I am a vegan, but I was traveling with two non-vegans and all of us found food that we really enjoyed. Everybody agreed that the dressings were fantastic and was very happy with what they got.

I’ll be back for sure!

Tried their Play Smoothie, First, we fiesta hot bowl and vegan marguerita grilled cheese sandwich. Everything was delicious. Great service. They even customized the hot bowl for my friend as she had allergy to something.

I don’t always eat here, only as a treat because I feel like they have high prices. Normally very happy, I love their smoothies so much. Always very friendly staff. Today I got a chicken salad sandwich. Sandwich itself was great, but it was small and thrown in a takeout container with a handful of ruffles chips. It just rubbed my the wrong way. Seems cheep for a $17 sandwich. No side was listed but for that price I would honestly expect handmade fries or a green salad or something to come with the sandwich not a handful of bagged chips. Will probably be taking a break for a bit.

Great spot for a healthy tasty meal. When I am on the road as much as I am these places are so needed. Quick service abs delicious

I had the Yummy vegan breakfast burritos (which i ate as a bowl to skip the carbs), and hubby had Breakfast Burrito. So flavourful! Awesome helpful staff. We will be back for our next trip to Freddie.
