Very poor service. They only focus on drive thru than serve customer inside i had been waiting for my drink they keep forgot my orders every time I come to order by mobile order. It is suppose be quick pick up but it took fifteen mons to get it. What hell ???

The staff are friendly and the bakery items are made pretty well, but they've messed up my pizza literally every time I've gotten one so far. I ask them to remake it, but all they do is throw the toppings they forgot on and cook it more.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I’ve given this Tim Hortons multiple chances, but I’m officially done. Almost every time I go, my order is wrong, and the staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. The final straw was my last visit when I ordered a herb and garlic bagel, and it was so burnt that it was completely inedible. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem to care and responded with attitude instead of fixing the problem.
It’s clear that customer service and food quality are not a priority at this location. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who values good service or decent food.
