Never have products a peak times.. always going through 5 or 6 items until I finally get something I didn't want
Disappointed and feeling sad for my wife who jnsisted we go to Tim's for a coffee while she could run to the restroom- as it was an emergency. When she got there the outer bathroom door was locked so she had to ask for a key. Upon entering the 2 stall bathroom, one was occupied and the other vacant stall had no toiletries. Mind you this woman is in pain and in dire need but she left to go tell an employee that toiletries were needed in the stall because the other stall was occupied. The response she got was "well you will just have to wait until the other lady comes out." So, she waited (in pain) and I ordered and received our food. By this time my wife is next to me insisting that we leave. The same employee behind the counter (whom my wife was speaking to earlier) says "oh you didn't get in yet?" Of which my wife replied, "no,your door is still locked, I can't get in and the lady hasn't left yet." The employee's response at this point - which should have been her first response instead of making my wife wait in pain this entire time was, "well, I can get you a roll of toilet paper." At which point my wife replied that she would go elsewhere and we left. The point of this review is for your staff to understand that others have issues with their stomachs that are painful. When someone seeks help - help them! Don't make them wait its painful for many people and embarassing when they ask for help and are told to wait (in pain).
Ordered a large soup and they gave me a small. This has happened a few times so this time i made sure i checked the bag and sure enough it was a small. The lady at the drive through was nice and took it back and informed me that they ran out of large containers. She gave me 2 smalls for my inconvenience. Something should have been said when i ordered about not having large containers instead of just giving a smaller size for the larger price LOL.
This Tim Hortons is a self-service kiosk and is located within the cafeteria of the Hugh-John Flemming Forestry Complex. It is open to the public during normal office hours.
