I've been going to Tim Hortons for over 35 years, and for 35 years we've always got a free timbit for our dog in the car..until today.

When I pulled up and got my order, the woman at the drive thru window told me she hadn't done it for the 2 years she's been working there, and when I asked for the manager to confirm, she told me that I'd have to pay 35 cents for the timbit for my dog. They weren't out and out rude to me, but they made me look foolish in front of my wife and children when it's something that has always happened...until today.

Ive been getting a timbit for my dog for ages so it was a massive disappointment that this Tim Hortons dropped the ball in terms of customer service, especially a customer as cute as our golden doodle. Timmies is changing, and it's not for the better 😔

Since the renovations have finished this Tim’s consistently has the slowest service in not just Fredericton, but all of New Brunswick (probably Canada).

I know people who have missed meetings because they went in to order a coffee and came out over twenty minutes later. Despite numerous reviews and people identifying this issue it has continued to get worse. I feel bad for some of the employees who have to put up with this because it isn’t just inconveniencing customers, it’s disrespectful and a disservice to the term “fast food”.

My experience with an employee named Arjun at this Tim Hortons was genuinely one of the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was unbelievably rude, seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone, and acted like doing his job was a personal burden. No smile, no courtesy—just attitude.

When I asked a basic question about my order, he responded with a sarcastic and dismissive tone like I was wasting his time. Honestly, I left more annoyed than anything. If Tim Hortons is okay with this kind of behavior from their staff, they’re going to lose loyal customers fast.

Was not very pleased with the service today. I went and got the dragon fruit drink on the kiosk. So I was waiting there for 10 minutes already and the drink came but I wasn’t paying attention but some lady grabbed my drink took a sip then realized it wasn’t hers and took the sticker off that said my name. So I tried to talk to the employee I said “ someone accidentally grabbed my drink could you remake it please” and he said I just made it not even listening to what I said I had to repeat my self to him and his supervisor 5 times then they just started doing other orders and forgot about me! So I said “excuse me where’s my drink” and they were saying something about and order number but I order on a kiosk you think I remember that so I showed both the man and the supervisor my bank statement and they still didn’t get me my drink. I ended up getting my drink 25 minutes later very fustrating and the lady that took my drink lied about taking the sticker off the drink multiple times and the gentlemen behind her said she did as well bs if you ask me. Ik it’s a small think but it’s pathetic

I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for the last seven years. The new design is horrible. It causes confusion, It seems for the staff and definitely customers. It shouldn’t feel painful getting a coffee and doughnut. I feel bad for the managers. I would avoid going inside to this Tim Hortons just favour the drive-through
