This has ALWAYS been my "go to" Tim Horton's, however I will not be going back after my last visit.In the past few months I have noticed the staff(not all) have been very rude at the drive thru window. I understand the job couldbe daunting and hectic to say the least however, this is no reason to be rude. This goes for the customer as well.I placed my order at the speaker after waiting in the drive thru line for 18 minutes. Once I pulled up to the window I showed the male employee that I had a survey which would reduce the price of my beverage , he then scanned my phone with my rewards card / scan and pay. I asked if he used the survey, he proceeded to motion his hands and said"yeah, yeah just go!" I have experienced a sense of frustration from some employees in a drive thru before and understandably so, after all I am sure these employees are not always treated with kindness by customers.This is not the first time at this location, but for me but it will certainly be the last.

Nice staff, easier to decide what to get after walking in and looking at their shelves. I got an Everything Savoury Twist and a medium Peppermint hot chocolate. I should have got a large!Vegetarian options: Savoury Twists, bagels with nothing on them apple fritters, chili, hashbrowns, any drink besides milk.

Absolutely terrible experience every single time we go into this location. The line is always so long and slow and that's nothing than waiting for your coffees. 1 or 3 coffees, it doesn't matter. I waited for 30 mins, no lie, in line and then waiting for my coffees. A black coffee. I had 10 people get their coffee first, even though I had paid first, until I said whats going on here? Can I have my coffee?! Then they said they ran out of coffee?! So I had to wait even longer and they continued to make others wait. Noone in the back looked like they were doing anything but talking to each other. I was absolutely shocked about the service.

This branch in Fredericton is really worse. Ordered a bagel toasted with butter. But when received , was just toasted and no or minimal butter. Asked them very politely and the guy whom we talked to was humble and ready to make a new one . I had taken only one bite not much .However, the girl working there was so rude and had no idea about customer sevice. It’s a request to the supervisor or manager to plz look into such staff who don’t know how to talk. Neither they gave the previous bagel nor the refund which I didn’t even ask for. Sharing such experience bcz enjoying tim hortons for so many years and this was my first time talking to such a mannerless girl. The guy working there agreed however the girl who prepared it was stubborn. Not criticizing the place but those who don’t respect their work should be given proper training.
