Inside and out, it was immaculately clean, the tables were neat, and the restroom was kept up It's nice to have coffee in a beautiful, light-filled space that obviously prioritizes hygiene and patron comfort.
A great place to unwind at any time. Tim Hortons is the perfect place for a quick break or informal get-together because of its welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff. Every time I go, the coffee is great and the place is always Tidy!
Bishnu is nice team member .. and very fast in service
Pratham was good at taking order and was fan of his speed and service .
Team are very focused and phenomenal
This morning we ordered a breakfast sandwich and were given something completely different — it had a hashbrown and sauce all over it. My husband handed it back and said it wasn’t what we ordered. The sandwich lady insisted we had asked for a “Farmer’s Sandwich,” which we absolutely did not — we didn’t even know what that was.
Within seconds, they handed us back the same sandwich with the hashbrown removed and the sauce barely wiped off. This is not acceptable food service. It felt careless and unhygienic. We expect better from Tim Hortons — at the very least, a fresh replacement when a mistake is made.
Oh, I almost forgot....the replacement had a small hair in it.
Coffee was hot, Food was delicious. Clean friendly atmosphere. Exceptional service, Lisa was awesome.
It's Tim Hortons, the food and drinks are fine. However, I am not sure why team members just stand there and not take orders from the front when there are guests lining up.
I have worked at many locations. I understand the pressure on the drive thru to meet KPI's, but individuals at the front should not be ignored or made to wait for 15 minutes to get their orders taken. This is quick service. Time should be spent making the orders, not waiting in line.
This place is so unorganized. The have 2 cash registers here and never use them. Use them around 9am and 12pm. Come on guys how hard is it?

Chrispy chicken Sandwich was terrible, didn't even use a chicken burger instead two chicken strips that tasted like they were made days ago was used. Just as line started one of the two staff members vanished leaving everything for the one guy left. Not impressed.

Awkward location. Traffic nightmare getting in and out, especially the drive through but I acknowledge it's been here for years and people deal with it. Tim's has in general, gone over the hill, primarily in the last 5 years but it might have started before that.

I went to Tim Hortons on Kings Street today. I was served by a very charming guy named Bishnu. He gave me great service in such a short time. Very energetic and joyful guy. Looking forward to meet him when I go there.

I usually go here before or during my breaks at college (NBCCD). I had an issue last week where I ordered online to start now for my lunch break, I got a bacon farmers wrap and a quencher, and I spent 40 minutes waiting for the single wrap. They weren't even making it until I told them I've been waiting. They still were not, so I kept waiting until 10 minutes pass and I tell them again. They still weren't making it. I kept reminding them in 10 minute intervals until I finally snapped at them, and I'm usually really nice (not to mention they were working on other people's food that have not been there as long). I know how hard it is to work in an busy environment so I tried to be patient. But this was next level and I was really, really upset. I got back to college with roughly 10 minutes left to spare of my hour lunch break, I was livid. And it didn't help they didn't even make the wrap right that I paid extra for. Please do better training your employees.

The new manager should be promoted to regional manager. She has a way with her staff both long term members of the community and or newcomers who are starting new careers in our city/province. She is great and her staff no matter what store seems to follow her lead. Tim Hortons would be foolish to lose such a valued employee. Pay her accordingly she should get a raise just because! I've switched stores to get coffee from her new location She now works from.
