Worst tim Hortons that ever invented. The whole restaurant will be full in a line and they will only have one cash open. Today I was in there and they don’t have a toaster. That’s something if it breaks you probably should fix that very quick.

I bought a Bagel combo, Timbits with Icecapp, hazelnut muffin and two Maple donuts I received everything except the combo for the bagel. The person at the counter didn’t listen to me even though I repeatedly mentioned I was missing the COMBO. I left the place because it took me so long to have the incomplete order, tried to report it with the customer service app, no response. The worst experience, paid in full received incomplete order Next time I’ll go to the prospect location, better service than here

It always amazes me how slow this Tim's is. I understand it is busy but there are always so many workers that they are tripping over each other behind the counter but yet it still continues to be slow for everyone to get their orders, particularly if it is for food.

First morning here in Fredricton, looking at property for sale. Go to Tim’s downtown counter staff was good but forgot hash brown on farmers sandwich and Manager refused to make it right BAD Restaurant I will be sure to sped the word how bad they made me feel… shameful avoid this restaurant very bad !!!!!!!!! :(((((

Went to the Smythe Street location to grab a bagel for lunch and I got an very burnt black 4 cheese bagel! It was not edible. Waste of $4.60.
