10 minutes 4 orher customers and I'm still waiting for a large French vanilla. The people with me left with their stuff 10 minutes ago, the staff here are ignorant, very very ignorant.This has been a daily occurence for me for 5 years its sickening.

Need key for bathroom wait 4 mins for the key only customer in there ... not toliet paper in bathroom come out order wait for my coffee.. as it sits on the counter an all staff is chatting an laughing ... I mention my coffee is just sitting an staff grabs my coffee an slams it on counter .. absolutely ridiculous so rude talking in Punjabi laughing at me ... worst staff ? I will never be back to this Tim's

Love this little Tim's. The size gives it a nice charm. The layout and its location allow you to watch the life going on in a busy intersection. It has always been very clean and quiet. The staff has consistently offered friendly and fast service.

Well sort of disappointing I came to grab lunch was going to get soup and sandwich well first I asked for sandwich which I was told they have no bread sort weird but ok then I was like can I get a bowl of Chilli again we have no Chilli so I said what kind soup do you have once again they tell me sorry we have no soup not sure why they wouldn't have these things at lunch time I could see the end of the night being out but this is lunch time anyway people where friendly but just disappointed that I couldn't enjoy a lunch

Went through drive through and ordered and had to repeat my order 3 times b4 she got it right I only ordered 3lg hot choc with whip cream and a white pepermint hot choc drove to my destination and got 4 hot choc no whipped cream and no white peppermint hot choc.

A mid Tim Hortons. No breakfast, always out of one thing or another, won't add milk to the hot chocolates, situated between an awkward entrance corner and a one-way exit street. I saw on their computers how the company is putting them to the grind and measuring their "productivity." Not a good part of fast food. Tim Horton would despise what became of his namesake restaurant.
This is inhumane, what if a female has to use the washroom or a child? The staff told me that this instruction came from the manager.Never saw this at any Tim Hortons store across the country, this is stupid
