Most of ppl working at this location barely speak a work of English,they try to rush u through,they dont listen an I've starting counting and im up to 17 times since an order was right and they try an treat me like its my fault,I miss the good old days when u just punched a person in the face when they pissed u off...I used to get ti.s coffee at least a couple times a day an lately I might go a couple times every couple weeks...all tim Hortons in fredericton have went down hill and its really not worth going to anymore...

The worse experience ever I ordered the veg habinaro wrap. I mentioned so many times I want veg habinaro with hashbrown inside instead of this they put chicken inside. this time trusted on them and I drove to my work after reaching at work when I tried to eat it I found the taste unfamiliar I checked they put chicken inside I am pure veg person and today I almost had a chicken because of them they ruined my break also my lunch I drove back to the store to make them understand that I will not happened again the girl said to me its okay really it is okay it is not okay for me that's ridiculous what happened if the person have allergies and then they have the wrong thing .

Myself and a friend literally come to this location every morning at 9:30 am for our morning coffee. Every morning its the same thing. 20 workers running around behind the counter. One person serving customers that are lined outside the door. That one person speaks little to no English and is slower than the second coming of Christ. We would go to another location but we work 1 min away from this location. Im hoping the owner sees this post and shakes things up because its ridiculous waiting for 20min just to get a med black coffee and a tea. Seriously.....get you act together.

Why is the wait on one single hash brown over ten minutes because workers are too busy talking to a fellow associate on their day off? Is this standard? This will be our last time at this location. Management needs to straighten out their employees.

Three times in a row ordered x-l coffee with cream. When I get to office it has sugar in it. I'm diabetic so beverage has to get tossed (i cannot drink it). They need better quality control on their drivethrough. Once is understandable - but three times in a row - unacceptable.
