Why is the wait on one single hash brown over ten minutes because workers are too busy talking to a fellow associate on their day off? Is this standard? This will be our last time at this location. Management needs to straighten out their employees.

Three times in a row ordered x-l coffee with cream. When I get to office it has sugar in it. I'm diabetic so beverage has to get tossed (i cannot drink it). They need better quality control on their drivethrough. Once is understandable - but three times in a row - unacceptable.

There are only 2 locations that offer English Breakfast Tea on their menu in Fredericton. I go to this location when I'm on this side of the river (only because of that since that is my preferred flavour of tea). When I have tried to get food here as well, most times I regret it... between hard as a rock potato wedges, limited number of muffin, donut or timbit flavours available at certain times of the day, not having something normal to have during rush times and making something wrong but not apologizing for their mess up, I'm not sure that I won't just change my route to only include the Northside option from now on. Taking accountability is huge and the workers at this location don't seem to understand this.
