I used to come here all the time when this location used to hire local youth. Last time I came here, it looked like they replaced the entire staff with what I assume to be temporary foreign workers. I will not be back as I do not support chains and businesses that abuse the TFW program to try and save a buck.
Reminder that, as defined by the UN, the TFW program is ripe with abuse with contemporary slavery.

Poor quality coffee. It seems that all the branches of Tim’s in Fredericton have made a conscious effort to water down the coffee. Had visited Moncton , Oromocto, Halifax Tim’s and found that they were still maintaining previous standards of serving good coffee.

Giving this place a 3 star because I did not like the customer service of an employee. I politely ask the girl, sandwich maker to remove ice from my coffee as they forgot to remove it. Instead of listening to me she gave me a very bad look.
But I wanted to give 5+ stars because Bhim was very polite and listened to me carefully and immediately took my coffee to remove ice and gave it to me with a very friendly smile.
I hope, she learns some etiquettes and customer service from Bhim.

We went thru the drive thru and I talked VERY VERY CLEARLY I said 3 honestyle biscuits toasted with butter and 2 breakfast Sandwich meals with 2 hashbrowns they didn't give me 1 of the hashbrowns and they didn't give me any of the homestyle biscuits. I went inside and they made me pay for the homestyle biscuits again! Then I finally got homestyle biscuits and my hashbrown!
Everytime I go here there's this fella named Dereck in there sitting at the corner table. Every. Single. Time. Without fail. I'd wonder if he ever leaves ...
One time I decided I'd say hello and we became fast friends. Lovely chap, Dereck. Any time I've asked him if he ever goes home, he just gives me a sly smile. Dereck the Mystery Man. No one else that works there or frequents there has answers either. Very strange.
Now I look forward to going to this Tim Hortons for the fresh coffee and the fine chat with Dereck. He's got many tales to tell. Tim 'Dereck' Hortons.

Pizzas really slow down the drive thru

Was passing through and wanted some coffee and to use the washroom. The washroom was locked so we asked for the person to unlock it and she said sure then abandoned us to serve other customers ..so we just walked out and didn’t bother ordering.
