I go there fairly regularly and almost always meet new people. Gurdeep was great helping me choose. Unfortunately, closing time was recently changed from 11 pm to 10 pm. This puts a crimp in my evening routine.

I made an order through Tim Hortons' app and the order never arrived. They later told me that they hand off the order to a DoorDash delivery person and they are no longer responsible for it. So I ended up having to report this to DoorDash and get a refund from them. I'm never ordering from Tim Hortons again since it clearly doesn't work nor they take any responsibility.

I actually like this Tim Hortons on Smyth St. The staff are polite, my coffee is almost always fresh, and the service is quick. It’s a nice little spot for a quick break, and I’ve had good experiences every time I stopped by.
Bought 2 hot chocolate and was served warm water in the cups, I went back in and was told there no more and had to argue for a refund. The works were very rude.
