Ok. I am only writing this review because it is my experience every single time I go to this Tim Hortons. I’ve been going here since at least 2009. Today I went through the drive through and the person on the speaker was absolutely lovely! It was a male worker. I get to the window and the lady on first impression was looking annoyed, her jacket was filthy dirty (but it’s also very cold in the window so I am understanding) which is not what you would want to be the first thing your customer sees.. but that’s not the issue. I say hello, and she shoves the debit machine out the window so I just said “oh actually can I collect points?” And she makes an irritated sound and shoves the scan gun out the window, I said thank you, again no acknowledgment and she shoves the debit machine out the window and I pay, I said thank you have a good day… this woman just shuts the window lol. And hey listen, I’ve worked fast food and retail for many years! Sometimes you have a bad day, it gets monotonous, sometimes you are just peopled out!.. but I was lovely and kind and was met with nothing but annoyance and rudeness. And this is my experience every single time I go through that drive thru. The only time I get a pleasant experience is when the young (not sure his race, East Indian maybe?) man is working. And I know I’m not the only person with this experience because I talk to a lot of my friends and family about it and they are so sick of the attitudes there as well. The coffee was delish though. I will say they do a good job on that aspect each time.

I’m not one for reviews, but I’m just super disappointed.

As someone who lives in Marysville, I refuse to go to this location now, despite doing so regularly for 2 years when I moved here. I really wish the owners would take more care and consideration in having their staff properly trained, especially new staff who appear to struggle with a language barrier and would benefit from more guidance and support. Every time I go, something is made wrong or forgotten. If I made any moderations, such as adding bacon to a bagel, it was never put on despite paying for it. I’ve had to do circles around the drive thru when they keep forgetting things. They have cold brew advertised, but most times when I’d go to order, it’s “we don’t sell that here” and other times I got it when asked. I tried getting iced coffees instead, but the staff make their ice coffees with WAY too much cream and cane syrup. It’s basically like drinking sugar. I once asked to have my coffee remade because they put cane syrup AND the flavour shot, which anyone who has worked at Tim Hortons before (like me) knows it’s either one or the other, not both, unless asked. The staff handed me the coffee and simply said “I’ve already made it” in response. So, I’ve tried to have patience and would clarify to add no cane sugar… still got it. When I go to other locations, my cold brews and iced coffees actually taste like coffee, not sugar, which makes it clear it’s the location and staff.

Lastly, the customer service in general absolutely sucks. The staff all appear miserable no matter how cheerful you greet them, and as someone who used to be a regular, I’ve heard people laughing hysterically on the other end when they guessed my order. When I arrived to the drive thru window, especially in the early mornings, staff are either on voice calls that I can hear, or they’re having conversations amongst themselves as they silently hand you the debit machine. I’ll stick with going local, like The Landing. I’d rather pay $8 for a good drink than $4 for one that’s pure sugar.

This is the worst Tim’s I have ever been to. Although the food at all Tim’s locations is subpar at best, and as a Canadian I expect as such, this one is by far the worst. Whenever I make a mobile order or take out order I end up waiting 20+ minutes and have to ask the staff to make my order. It is frequently incorrect as well, due to “lack of items”. My classmates have also seen flies crawl on the bakery items in-store. Very disturbing, to say the least. As for the staff, they all seem to hate their jobs. No friendliness or patience whatsoever, especially at the drive thru. Even inside, I had my card decline once, the employee just kept saying “your card declined.” very forcefully. Overall, disappointing experience. I would not recommend this Tim’s location.

Ordered a Pumpkin Spice latte, and it was discontinued, so they substituted a “hot chocolate” muffin. What the heck is that? Heard “hot chocolate” on the speaker, thought I was getting a drink.

By far the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Staff is clueless, rude and gets the order wrong 8/10 times. Absolutely horrendous. Save yourself the hassle and just go to main street or brookside.

this Tim's location is horrid. Most times I'm served here is by someone who seems to hate their job. They never have half the products advertised or they are "all out" even really early in the day. I'm just not a fan of this place, there are better ones in the city, if you can make it to one of those instead, I suggest it.

Hire counter staff and quit pouring all your effort into drive through. We all understand drive through is the meat of your business but it makes a customer feel like crud when we stand at the counter and watch six or seven employees wait on one window while completing ignoring the person standing at the counter. Other than that I love my Tim’s coffee.
