Went through the drive through and ordered a few coffees and a frozen lemonade, they said they didn’t have that flavour so we ordered strawberry. The drink was in a clear cup with ice not slush and TASTED LIKE MILDEW. It was disgusting- I tried the drink and my sister and we were all very disgusted at the strong taste of mild or mildew. I hope we don’t get sick. I did call and tell them. The lady on the phone was dismissive

Emily at Tim Hortons in Marysville served me at the drive through tonight, February 27, at 6;00 pm and it was the best service I’ve had at this location in a very long time. Emily was friendly, professional and treated me with ultimate respect. She went above and beyond, telling me which donuts were available and serving me with a smile!! Thank you Emily for the best service ever!!!

I live by this location and I'd rather drive across the bridge to avoid going here. Slow, unprofessional, dirty store, order is never correct. I cannot imagine there is any owner presence or they just don't care. Time to clean house and hire people that actually can do the job.

SUPER SUPER RUDE STAFF!! Went through this morning for my coffee before work, and this is not the first time. I was ordering and when she didn’t acknowledge what I said I repeated myself, no attitude, not rude, just thought she didn’t hear me, then halfway through me saying “Ice Capp” she yelled “I said anything else?”. Super unprofessional. Then when I got my order, halfway to work I realized that this icecap had spilled all over me, my work clothes and my seat because the whole bottom of the cup was cracked open. Unacceptable. Just super rude and ignorant staff. They ruined Tim’s.

Visited there multiple times in the drive-through. Obviously a double double coffee means black and when you order two of something you only get one. When they do refund your money, they don't give you the correct amount back. They rounded to charge you, but don't round it to credit back, not recommended.
