When you order and ask for specific items and if you do t have those items don’t substitute it unless you ask the customer. Also don’t call your customers liars when they tell you something isn’t in the bag and proceed to show you the bag to prove it wasn’t in the bag.

Please pay attention to what you’re doing at the drive through window. All I’ve been seeing in the mornings is the back of the servers head and arm out the window with debit machine. If I’m paying in cash they don’t even tell you how much at the speaker or the window cause they’re busy speaking in languages to your buddies that isn’t French or English. This is getting ridiculous. I don’t care where your from or what you look like I do how ever expect a little respect towards the locals that have welcomed you to our nice city. This is Canada , We say hi to people when we serve them. Fredericton Union street location.

I went to Drive Thru on this restaurant today at 9:37pm Date: 28 June 2024, to order 4 different drinks, there were only 2 employees at that time one female and one male. Female was attending orders. she was very rude and unprofessional in the manner of taking orders and when I went to the window, she said in her native language to her colleague that," We have to do the closing, you go finish the work, these people don't have anything else to do except coming to get coffee." That was very insulting for me. I am a working professional in customer service as well and I can imagine insulting my company's customers in any manner. I understand she must be tired of working or exhausted from the shift, but we have to be polite to other and Tim Horton's have a reputation of very polite staff. I am a regular customer and never faced that kind of treatment from any other employees of that place. furthermore, I usually go in the morning and everyone in the morning shift are very nice and always have a smile on their face.

Very slow service, only two people working. I waiting in line to make an order and ask for a cup of hot water in my own cup. They wanted to charge me 25¢, for hot water in my own cup. I told them to forget it. I saw the one guy before me pay $22 for two small sandwiches. I recommend going elsewhere for better prices and service. This is just gouging. I asked over to the neighbouring fast-food place place and there were like 20 people working. Service and prices were way better.

Horrible experience. Went inside because the drive-thru was so chaotic and long. Inside it seemed to have very disorganized staff and no Direction. The focus seem to be getting people out of the line but not delivering their orders The staff were friendly enough and polite. Felt that they should have concentrated on filling the orders they had taken instead taking multiple orders at the same time.
