I went through the drive-through and ordered a croissant. When I arrived at the window, I was asked if it was the croissant, and I assured her it was. When I got home, I did not get my order. I got a cookie and a muffin.

Went for a chicken wrap. Even at 7:00 pm, it was the last one available. It was dry with no sauce. Haft the donuts section was empty too. As for the service, nothing to brag about. Overall, won’t return there or at a Tim for a long time if ever.

You know what to expect for food and coffee, always fair to good and consistent all the way across the country. I visit other places for coffee but sometimes it's got to be a Tim's. They've managed to keep the prices where they've been at for what seems like years now, so they've decided not to follow the big box giants in profiting off the backs of their customers. That goes a long way with me, so I'll return. Staff are generally very friendly so I guess that speaks to how they treat their people. Very solid 4 stars.

Was in this one time and over heard the manager was yelling at one of her employees. Recently heard that she made a coworker quite her job after the coworker said she was having a hard time with her mental health in whether she wanted to stay or not. Needs better management!
