Went to the Smythe Street location to grab a bagel for lunch and I got an very burnt black 4 cheese bagel! It was not edible. Waste of $4.60.

Just went through the drive thru, asked for a large ice coffee and a chicken habanero wrap. The girl at the window ignored me and a boy gave me an unmixed ice coffee and a wrap with Zero chicken in it. Before I could ask to get my correct order she laughed and shut the window in my face. Disappointed in their customer service

They advertise more chicken in the loaded bowls. Mine has barely any! Entire bowl is only half filled. Second time like this at Douglas Ave. location. Got one last week on Hanwell and it was loaded! What’s up Douglas Ave.???
