Tokyo Ramen is one of Fredericton's hidden gems. The food is amazing. I had Tokyo Ramen and my friend had Ton-kotsu Ramen. We had lychee slushies to drink. The server was super friendly. The atmosphere is cozy. I can't wait to go back. Check it out

My wife, daughter and I were in Fredericton preparing a house for sale.
We stopped at Tokyo Ramen for lunch.
Everything about that place is amazing. The decor, the atmosphere, the background music all created the perfect air to enjoy their delicious food offerings.
The staff are courteous, enthusiastic and professional.
And the food! The menus is comprehensive and every single item is a treat that you just owe it to yourself to personally behold.
You better believe that the next time I'm in Fredericton, I will be eating at Tokyo Ramen.

An amazing hidden gem! Everything about this restaurant is a wonderful experience. The service is absolutely top shelf, and the food is some of the best I've had. Even when it's craz6 busy they try to make the experience the same every time. One of my absolute favorites.....mmmm gyoza!

LOVED my meal at Tokyo Ramen restaurant! Ordered the Kara-age ramen with Gyoza on the side and it was delicious! The crispy kara-age chicken in the savory ramen was a perfect combo. Gyoza were pan-fried to perfection too. On top of that, the staff were super polite and respectful – made the experience even better.
Everything we had was absolutely delicious! Super flavourful, perfect temp, a really nice texture to the noodles. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be recommending!!

We went as a large group of 6. They do not take reservations for Friday and Saturday night. We had to reach early since the peak hours start from 5-6pm. The place is popular and was full. They have 2 big space for large groups with table that can accommodate 8 people on each side. Their are spaces for 2 people and for solo eaters too( loved that !!) There is waiting area with few chairs to sit. The staff is very cordial. Food was awesome, I also ordered appetizers and the chicken was tender. They have alcohol options as well. They do not rush you at all which is so good when you are with a big group. Would definitely visit again. The meal photo is of my friend who was vegetarian. They customize your food depending on your choice.
