I’m a professional cook , and a big foodie, and this is hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had !! awesome service, super nice staff. My favourite restaurant 100%. I used to live in Fredericton, and come back sometimes just for this restaurant!! Authentic, awesome food. I recommend the seafood miso, and smoked salmon rolls with spicy mayo added! Great dietary restriction options as well. Great job to the cooks, chef, and front of house staff😊
Best sushi I’ve had on the East Coast! Don’t be deterred by the location — the food and service are absolutely amazing. The sushi quality rivals that of high-end restaurants. If you're a crab lover, the soft shell crab tempura is a must-try — it’s rare to find on menus and was absolutely delicious. I was served by Juhaeng, who was so sweet and made the experience even better. 10/10!
