Coffee shop during the day, super excellent lattes (my favorite place in the city). The Nutella latte is awesome. They also have plants for sale in the windows which is cute if you want to take home a plant, but also makes for epic work vibes.They also have snacks you can buy. The grad house wasn't around when I was a student and I would have been an undergrad, but I would have been there as a fixture. It's just my speed for a casual beer or coffee. You can sit on the lawn furniture or on the deck or in the house. Low key very comfortable.
