This place is so fun! I knew when I was going to made a reservation which was easy to do on the phone. TONS of board game options, including an adults only section! The tables are super fun with lights and a surface you can write on. The service is great and friendly. They also have escape rooms which I did not get to experience this time around, but would love to next time as your entry gets you free access to play board games. My husband and I went here for our date night for the first time. We really liked that the server knew how to play our game because he taught us when we were confused! The food is good, but nothing glamorous. The atmosphere was focused on gaming and so it was great. We go back almost every week now!
Our group of friends had an issue with a game we bought at Unplugged. Even though it was a manufacturing issue, not the store's fault, Travis went above and beyond with solving it for us. Bravo! Best customer service ever!
