This store and its owner (Andrew) is phenomenal. I reside in Ontario and came across Urban Almanac website while browsing for Polywood Adirondack Chair. Andrew is an official dealer for Polywood. He took his time explaining everything to me in emails and help me out choosing the right items in terms of design and colour. You cannot go wrong here. Thank you.
The store staff member was excellent—he gave us the space to browse comfortably without hovering or asking constant questions like, “How can I help you?” He stayed at the counter, allowing us to explore the store at our own pace without feeling watched or rushed. It made for a very pleasant shopping experience.
Traveling from Ottawa to Moncton or reverse. We always stop here to pick up unique gifts for our friends. Tea and coffee drinkers can enjoy a cup while shopping. Niko, the dog is an added bonus.
