I was going for my daily Wendy’s meal when I met this wonderful server Brandon he was so kind, patient, and helpful, he made me feel welcomed and party of the family. It was a great boost to my day🥰

It’s a fine Wendy’s (good service, good food) but the company really needs to fix the website for mobile devices like iPad. You point it at the nearest location and then go into the menu and it suddenly defaults to the American website with completely different specials. There is no way to keep it in dot.ca instead of dot.com. It’s been like that for as long as I can remember. Maybe the app works better but usually I just want to see the nutritional info to make a decision before stopping in, not actually place an order.

Why even have a website if it is going to show you the wrong country’s menu items after letting you choose a location?

Don't go here in the morning was very unsatisfied they messed up my order in drive through and I made sure that I asked if the got it right and when I pulled away from the window to check they had messed it up. Went in to speak with a manager the person that lied to me was the one in charge and all she did was say oh well. No apologies or nothing. Finally leave and get down the road and take a sip of my drink and it isn't what I ordered! Bad service in the mornings!

I normally get great food and service at this location, however on Sunday we stopped for 2 burgers and a salad $30 later, the hamburgers were ice cold. Not even warm. I just threw them out. Never has happened here before

The difference in quality is literally (and figuratively) day and night...

The supper crew seems to get orders wrong, more frequently.
