Went to this location and the service was terrible couldn’t even spell my name right and were in there phones when I was trying to order. Cussing at me and my family for nothing because my son was crying for them getting his frosty order wrong. 1 out of 10 experience do not recommend.

I found multiple hairs some looks like Pubic hairs in my burger and they we very disrespectful and the customer service was horrible when I mean horrible I mean HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS IMWARNING

The food is kind of mediocre for Wendy's I have to admit the burger as well built but the amount of the condiments is pitiful. See below picture. The staff was short but ultimately customer service was as expected.

I've been finding that customer service is hit and miss in burger joints as of late. The Wendy's in Fredericton being a miss. This is often due to language barriers. I find people impatient with my wife when she asks for information about food products. My wife has a food allergy, and though not anaphlactic, it does create a skin irritation that can last for days.They also botched her order by only giving her half the food she had ordered.When she addressed the issue, they corrected it as they should.They chose to clear the garbage while we were seated about a meter from it. It wasn't full, so they could have given us a few minutes to clear out.The food itself was tasty but the overall experience could have been better.

Restaurant was recently renovated so it was nice and clean , the service was pretty good as the cashier was friendly and got our food quickly.The food was decent, burger was tasty but fries were old .
