I hadn't been to Williams in years, but after the disappointing experience I had at Old Salty's, I decided to pay Willaims a visit. I got the 4 piece fish and chips and it was great. Exactly what I would expect from a fish n' chips joint, at a reasonable price... oh, and unlike Old Salty's, Williams didn't skimp on the french fries.

The best fish and chips around! We also make a point to come here when we go to Fredericton.
The clams strips were the best I’ve ever had! Initially I thought they were pricey, however, when something is this good, I’ll gladly pay more. Really friendly service, clean, and cool little place.

Excellent fish and chips, my wife had poutine with hers and it was also excellent quality a little higher priced but well worth it for the assured quality, the fish is decent sized you can tell the fish is quality and its battered perfectly, they give a good amount of fries too many fries imo but cannot knock them for that. Been going there for over 30 years and the quality and quantity hasent diminished. Well worth the money.
I just had Williams seafood prepare lunch for my 28 staff as we are having a major auction and the food was fresh, hot, tasted fantastic and extremely affordable. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of catering ideas!
