Best smoked salmon on the planet!
We ordered a untrimmed side for a family celebration over Christmas and it was hands down some of the best smoked salmon I have ever had. Wish this amazing salmon was available regularly in PEI.
Very good fish.

Wolfhead Smokers Ltd. offers the best smoked salmon, described as top-quality and smoked to perfection. They serve local farmed salmon, including half-hot salmon and cold-smoked salmon, with a flavour that is absolutely delicious. The staff are always super kind, helpful, and fantastic. It is highly recommended as the place to go for a quality local product, creating customers for life. It is definitely a place to stop in Blacks Harbour for anyone looking for the best smoked salmon out there.
