Jack's Pizza & Donairs is a no-frills, fast food style restaurant tucked away in a plaza on the north side of McAdam, next to a grocery store and a gun shop. The menu covers the classics. The food was delicious, with the sauce being a win—thick, flavorful, and generously spread. The chicken burger delivered, being crunchy, juicy, oddly nostalgic, and perfect. However, the dough had a squishy, almost undercooked texture. The service was a bit brusque but it was also very busy. The staff had that laid-back, slightly indifferent energy but gave insider info about the area. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, with people refusing to use one. The main garbage can was overflowing, with an extra bag on the floor. This makes one nervous about cleaning standards in the kitchen.
