Visited Miramichi with friends and stopped here for lunch. the service and food was amazing with great atmosphere. it was busy but the server easily kept up. my friend had a Guinness and he said it was a great pour.

Stopped for lunch, was busy when we got there but the crowd was leaving, going back to work. Ordered Nacho and what a disappointment. Not well layered and nacho tasted stale. Service was not great either. Maybe because we were not local. ?? Maybe the rest of the menu is ok but never going back so will never find out.

We went there based on a recommendation and we weren't disappointed. We were 6- 5 from out of province and one local. Our local guide said it was the biggest and best fish and chips he's had anywhere. Our table also order the fish soup and tacos (scallops). Everyone was raving about the food - and the service. The 12 oz fish and chips is big enough to share - so that you can try the soup. Thanks William for being so friendly and attentive.

I just had the chicken ceaser salad with a Guinness. The Guinness was perfectly poured! There were maple bacon bits in the salad which made the meal!
Friendly local pub. Excellent meal (hamburger). Good beer. No “Wow” effect but the experience was pleasant. The pub was located a stone's throw from my hotel.

The reservation was useless. We made a 2 day prior booking to celebrate the graduation of our friends, gave our orders too during the reservation. We were told that we can come to the resto at 1pm but the food will be served at 1:30pm. 2:21pm as of writing, and no food has been served yet. We only got tap water as a complimentary service. We already bought some food from the outside to cover our hunger. Worst lunch celebration we have had.
+ My wife gave to me the remaining of the Angus beef burger that she ordered and to my surprise, there was only the cheese, patty, and the bacon in the bun. There was no mayo, lettuce, tomato on all the burgers that we ordered. After we informed the staff, we were just given plates of the missing ingredients.

We came from Alberta to visit an old friend and his new venture. Not having seen Jamie in over 45 years, it was a pleasure to have a sit down in his pub and reminisce on our military days gone by. We tossed quite a few names around while enjoying craft beer and munchies. We will be back.

Small Irish pub in a Heritage home nearly 400 years old. Great food, cold beer, all you could ask for. Edit 200 year old building.
The O’Dons Burger is a solid choice.
