My family went to the Chatham Pizza Delight last night, and we usually go to the Newcastle location. We ordered a combo and our pizza was given to us with watery sauce, uncooked dough and cheese, and not enough cheese to hold the toppings together or cover a good majority of the pizza. When I went to serve the pizza to my fiance it fell apart. I complained to the waitress who said, "That's how we make our pizza." Our pizza arrived squished, with half the topping off the pizza and some stuck the the top of the box. I explained this clearly to the woman at the store over the phone and she was rude and argumentative claiming the pizza was only like that because they put the pepperoni on top of the cheese. She said we had to give the pizza back, so they can inspect it and decide to give us a new one. The waitresses at Pizza Delight are very friendly and lovely Ladies, But the Kitchen Staff are slow as hell!! People shouldn’t have to wait over a hour for food, absolutely ridiculous. Food was good but in my opinion not worth the wait!! This restaurant always takes so long to get food out, hope someday they will finally fix the problem. I will Believe it when I see it!!
