No matter the order or the day, there is always some sort of issue such as food and drinks not made properly, failure to listen to customers instructions, complete disinterest in work in a environment that do not train their staff accordingly or provide support to help them do better.

The girl name in this tim Hortons Her name is Simran She is so hardworking and always greeting customer with smile and other staff is also good one is white young girl and white young boy I like how they are helping and sweet . The aura of this Tim Hortons is so positive I really loved the infrastructure. It’s the best I have ever seen. Amazing experience plus I make the wish on that coin. Hope it will come true .

I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this but Tim Hortons in Miramichi doesn’t seem to have a single toaster that works at any location. Every time I get a breakfast sandwich or bagel and ask for it toasted, it seems like they throw it in the microwave, throw a bunch of butter on it to make it mushy and hand it out the window. This happened in Douglastown last week, Newcastle the week before and now Chatham. This is ridiculous, they increase their prices and lower their food quality.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons in Miramichi! The staff are so friendly and kind which is the number one reason I choose to go to this Tims! The coffee is always fresh at this location! The service is always quick! I am loyal to this Tim's and wouldn't go anywhere else in Miramichi!
Parking: There's lots of parking but it can be difficult to get a spot when it's packed. However, it's packed for a reason!

Great breakfast experience this morning. We both had a bagel BELT and coffee, the service was impeccable, and Krista and the rest of the team had smiles and cared to give the best service possible. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of parking although the configuration of the drive-through was rather strange. Fully reccomend snd willbe back next time I am in the area

It's Tim Hortons...restaurant had pretty good service but coffee tasted old.... quiet spot...was nice to catch up with friends in a quiet spot
