Service is always great. Food is usually good as well unless you get a bagel. They are usually cold, barely toasted and very light on the butter. Haven't had one yet I didnt have to throw out. Besides that the people are great and food is normally pretty good.

Really bad experience at this place. i visited very bad staff at this place lack of inequality so rude. i placed a mobile order and i wait for 15 minutes and they didn’t even say hi to me they leaved my coffee at counter and not even gave me any reason or apology for delay

Tim’s is my fave place for a coffee shop, especially the one in Water Street. The staff’s are really nice , friendly and approachable especially Annie, Patsy , Cruz , Jen and the very kind manager, Shelby. ❤️

I eat here almost every day. Sometimes for a heavy meal and for some days just to have something to snack on. Today, I went to buy my breakfast and the cashier was just absolutely nice. I believe his name was Angelo. Anyways, the coffee was exactly how I wanted it to be and the farmer’s wrap was splendid! I got my order quick. Overall, great service!
