Service is always great. Food is usually good as well unless you get a bagel. They are usually cold, barely toasted and very light on the butter. Haven't had one yet I didnt have to throw out. Besides that the people are great and food is normally pretty good.
I never had a problem at this location. Everyone is always happy, food is always great. I will always go to this location. No offense to Douglastown and Newcastle, but I’ve received nothing but ignorance and you feel rushed. Chatham side wins in my books.
Tim’s is my fave place for a coffee shop, especially the one in Water Street. The staff’s are really nice , friendly and approachable especially Annie, Patsy , Cruz , Jen and the very kind manager, Shelby. ❤️
