Boustan never disappoints when it comes to authentic Mediterranean flavours. I ordered the chicken shawarma pita and the meat was incredibly juicy and well-seasoned. The garlic sauce was rich without being overwhelming, and the pita bread was warm and soft. Portions are generous and filling, especially for the price. Service was quick even during rush hours. Definitely one of my go-to spots for shawarma in Canada.
