It’s crazy wait time to get anything with this restaurantI noticed it was quicker when they opened first with the owner of the chain present, bur now it’s seems like a lazy restaurant, for the second time i ordered 30min ahead and took me another 15 minutes to get there for them to say not yet ready and print the receipt fo make it, I am done

Took 1 bite of the beef and it was stone cold. No heath safety measures to make sure beef was to temperature. Beef should have been reheated on a grill. Unbelievable that a restaurant at supper time could or would serve beef this way. Will never return as, this is a major problem for me as it is a great way to get food poisoning and is 100% illegal to serve cold beef like they are.

Tried the mixed shawarma wrap , while the quality of the vegetables and sauce was decent. The meats were dried out and almost jerky like. The beef was sitting on the spit dried out and burnt. Definitely not worth the price. It is very hard to mess up a shawarma.

I used to be a regular at this shawarma place in Moncton and recommended it to many of my friends because of the great food and service. Unfortunately, over time, I've noticed a significant decline in both. The food quality has definitely dropped, and the service has become less attentive. It’s really disappointing to see a place that I once loved compromise on what made it stand out. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve, as it was once my go-to spot.
Ordered 6 meals for 6 different people, 1 order missing the protein. Contacted them to resolve, advised me that Uber eats will have to refund me because it was ordered through them even though the ordered mistake was made by them. Then claimed the staff did put the chicken in EVEN THOUGH THEY DID NOT. Processed to argue me and made us feel like we were trying to get a free meal. I would not have called if I was not missing something. I love their food. But never again will I order from them.

Our company spent over $100 to order from here and stuff was missing. We contacted them to correct it and was told nothing can be done and to contact Uber eats. Uber didn't forget the chicken. Staff member was argumentative about the missing items so we will not be ordering from here again. We order weekly from local businesses and expect better.

Food was good but the restaurant needs a good cleaning. Pita prepared directly on stainless steel counter. My pita slid across counter into previously left mess as it was being made. Iffy food safety handling. I'll be returning to Mezza.
