We pulled in for a coffee on a road trip, and just as we did my son vomited all over himself. My wife went in to get napkins, and she came out with Tina! Tina offered up a cloth to use instead. She then went back in and returned with three cake pops for our kids. Over and above. Rare customer service.

Five stars for the incredible team at this location! Even during the morning rush, they were smiling, efficient, and super welcoming. My order was 100% correct and came out faster than expected. It’s clear this crew cares about their customers!

Starbucks offers excellent customer service, with friendly and welcoming staff who provide great recommendations and an uplifting atmosphere. The coffee shop welcomes customers of all kinds, including dogs, and the high-quality products and service make it worth the drive for some customers, even when there is a Starbucks location closer to home.
