“One of our good friends suggested us to try the best chicken in town and he was absolutely right. We took our Friday afternoon lunch me and a couple of the other guys we really enjoyed everything. The portion. The quality of the food was amazing. I would give this a 10 out of 10. The only issue was the restaurant was really cold inside it like the heat was turn off“

“Just dropping a review to commend your staff at noon on April 25th. My son had just been taken in for surgery at the Moncton Hospital and my husband and I hadn’t eaten since the day before. I was quite teary when we stopped in at Arby’s to quickly grab something to eat before heading back to the hospital. The cashier who took our order was really lovely and compassionate. She reached out her hand to comfort me and another staff handed me a napkin to wipe my tears. The food was served quickly, but it is the kindness they showed that was most meaningful.

“What great employees at this location. It was close to noon and there was only 1 individual in the kitchen and 1 at the front. Despite this, the staff was friendly, fast, efficient and worked hard to ensure we did not experience delays. Truly impressed with this strong work ethic. These 2 employees deserve praise and recognition.“

“Amazing Food Not a fan of the Gravy as i prefer KFC But its still good Price is a bit high But Chicken Piece Size is as big as KFC used to be Tenders are Pricey but Delicious Fries i hate but others love Salads are Delicious I've had it pretty much all there. I gotta say its the best value for Chicken Dinner It goes Further,is Delicious and Customer Service is Canadian. You can tell by how they interact with you while projecting Empathy.“

“They really like Cheese. The Poutine was LOADED. Didn't need such a big one but was only $1 more to get twice the size (wish the medium size was more affordable as the huge one was unnecessary but just difficult to pay same price almost for medium one as a large) Half of it went to Waste anyways. Asked for Lettuce and Extra Tomato on my Pizza Sub but didn't get either. Sub was made in the back which was no fun and kinda odd (guessing because they were closing early) Was difficult to eat -especially in the car as the bread was cut oddly so the insides just fell out everywhere -they were closing early so we weren't able to eat inside. Pizza sub had lots of cheese but unfortunately mine wasn't heated enough and none of it melted and was rushed out the door so couldn't ask to have it heated more and ate it cold. Probably will try again another day. Gravy is GOOD. Fries are Meh -the abundance of cheese curds made up for it though.“

“Here is why this is not a normal 5/5 for a standard McDonald's. They got my order wrong, the dining area was freezing, they will not refill your drink, and the wifi blocks VPN users. My exchange with the staff showed a lack of care for the customer. They can do better.“
