“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Euphoria, the recently opened Indian restaurant in Moncton on Main St, and let me tell you, it was a most delightful experience! First off, the abundance of veggie options made me a very happy camper. They were also super helpful guiding me throught the menu with my tree nut allergy, ensuring a worry-free dining experience. The steamed veggie momos – pure deliciousness! The Bharve Golgappe was a surprised burst of flavors that made me do my happy food dance. The Dal Makhani had just the right amount of heat for me (I'm more on the mild side), and the generous portions made it perfect for sharing with friends over a few drinks. I can't wait to go back.“
“We had their chicken tikki masala, and lamb kadai, Paired with garlic naan and masala naan, these were excellent! Nice and juicyThe lamb sauce goes very well with rice or soaked into naan. Has a slight kick to it, but otherwise not very spicy at all.Tikki masala had good flavor. The chicken was a bit overcooked for my liking, but wasn't too dry.We did get one of the CHAAT-SAVORIES, but I'm not sure which one. I believe it was Papdi Chaat, which was very refreshing in the mouth.“

“Hands down the best Indian food at an affordable price. The food is not too heavy on the spices and is just like home cooked Indian food. The owner Shardul is a super nice host who always comes in to check how the food was. Loved everything that we had here including samosa chaat, aaloo tikki chaat, pav bhaji, choley bhatirey, goat curry, phulkas and the desserts.Loved this place and definitely becoming regulars here.“
“I recently had the pleasure of trying the dal soup at Bistro Rosoi, and it was absolutely delightful! The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of spice. The texture was smooth and velvety, making each spoonful a comforting experience. It was evident that the soup was made with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.“
