“The negative comments on their pizza tells me that the customer is used to cardboard pizza from pizza chains, if this is you, you won’t enjoy their pizza!If you are a true and experienced pizza foodie, this is hands down the best pizza in the Maritimes, with respect to a North American style of pizza. Their dough reminds me of an authentic Neapolitan style pizza, edges are light and airy and thin towards the center, chewy texture and tasty (fermented dough). Their pizzas aren’t baked in a wood fire oven and their sauce is tangy, seasoned and good balance of herbs, which is where it differs from a Neapolitan pizza.“
“We've lived in Moncton for almost 3 years and I'm so disappointed in us for not trying this place sooner! The atmosphere is very unique, the service is very friendly and helpful, the food is amazing. We tried the large Mezza plate and the olive plate because we wanted to try a bit of everything and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. Wish there were different options for pita (neither of us are a huge fan of the thinner type and prefer the thicker pita, however this is 100% just personal preference). “Food is very good with a decent portions for the price. Friendly staff and that is attentive and will answer all your questions.The place is clean and well organized. My small beef is the cleaning products for the tables are on top the waste station. It does not look good and also can fall over if someone was to hit or bump into the station.There is decent parking in front of the restaurant.“
