Love this place! Be prepared for it to be a bit loud though, which I know is the type of restaurant, so can't complain on this. Staff is always super friendly, food is always good and hot!

I'm not sure how traditional the food is but it is tasty and especially good for a chain. Not as spicy as some Mexican places I've seen been which makes it approachable to more people. If you want more spice they'll happily give you some spicy sauces to try. The artwork on the walls is also really neat.

Menus we're dirty,had food stuck to them and were stained, food was not properly prepared(quesadillas were soggy).The best part of the experience was the service , server was friendly.

The staff and service were excellent but the food coming out of the kitchen was just sad. Our order was wrong, underseasoned and and cold. The other dish we ordered appears to have been reheated and was mushy from having sat too long. We didn't order take out. We were in the restaurant.
The staff were great, but there's not much point in staff trying so hard with food like that. Great servers can't salvage the experience with product of that caliber.

Went for dinner with my daughters. Was warmly greeted by Pam who also was our server. The food was amazingly good. Large portions. Very fresh and flavourful. The atmosphere was spot on. Clean and welcoming. The fajitas portion can serve 2 people. Also had the quesadillas and a burrito, equally fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.

Delicious food every time I have been there. Service by wait staff is superb as well with all of my experiences. Wait time from the kitchen can sometimes be a bit excessive, 1 hour on a night that there was less than 5 tables. But that could've been a one-off too.

Ordered the large nachos. Around $35 with tip. Very small portion. Not sure if there was a mistake in the size but this did not seem like a large nachos. (Edit: editing review to go from two stars to three as the nachos were cold but tasty. The toppings to chip ratio was good). Still a small portion for the price and “size”. This was our first experience with Mexi’s.

Great experience! It was Valentine’s Day so they were very busy but the service was excellent, the food was hot and fresh and we were 100% pleased with the flavours and the entire experience. Will be back!

I visited this restaurant on Monday, February 17, 2025, and the experience was simply terrible. After sitting at the table for a while, I realized there was only one employee, who was doing absolutely everything—serving at the bar, preparing food in the kitchen, and waiting on tables. That was already a red flag.
Soon, the restaurant’s issues became obvious. Our mistake was not returning the food as soon as we noticed the first signs of poor quality. At first, I thought I was just being overly cautious, but it quickly became clear that the food was not fresh. The tacos and quesadillas we ordered had obviously been sitting for days and were just reheated. Even the side dishes were old and unappetizing. Unfortunately, I paid the price later, spending the whole night with digestive issues.
To make things worse, even the coffee was reheated and had a terrible smell. Something as simple as serving fresh coffee, and they couldn’t even do that.
This experience was a total disrespect to customers. A restaurant that serves old, spoiled food is not trustworthy. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend it to anyone!

Atmosphere, 10 out 10, although I didn't eat inside, I had to pick my food up at the front counter, it's a super cute place, love the ambience, decor, the Latin music, everything. I will definitely will dine in next time 👌🏼
Food First of all let me say I love when people put their own spin on classic dishes, I enjoy everyone's interpretations and for a chain restaurant, I like the direction they're going in
I ordered the queso and chips, street corn and mexican flag enchiladas
The queso is AMAZING, that's an absolute flavour bomb, I will absolutely order it again, the chips are cooked and seasoned well too,
The street corn was lacking in every area, 1 out if 10, colossal disappointment.
The enchiladas had a lot of potential, there was not enough of anything on them or in them, it needed more sour cream, avocado crema and filling and the enchilada sauce tasted like it had uncooked seasoning and the rice was meh, so close but so far :(
My biggest complaint is the pricing versus the serving sizes, beyond overpriced for what you get.

We spent here a little bit of our New Years Eve, and we loved it! The food was really good, We got tacos al pastor, a Mexican flag burrito, a chimichanga, a Clude burrito, and some churros. All soooo good!!! Just and FYI, if you are not a fan of cinnamon (like me), you will need to remove some from the churros, lol, but that's just my preference because my son loved them! Also, Pam (our server) was great!!!!
